This configuration pairs a 3.46-inch Chad Nichols Boomerang Damascus blade with an A1Bronze handle featuring Pro-Tech's intricate Weave texture.

The Damascus blade brings layered, flowing patterning to the Pallas' broad drop-point profile, giving the knife a distinctly custom presentation while retaining the practical cutting geometry of the standard platform. Chad Nichols' Boomerang pattern adds strong visual movement across the blade, with the etched layers creating a dramatic contrast against the warm tone of the handle.

The A1Bronze handle provides substantial weight and a rich gold-bronze appearance, while the machined Weave texture adds both visual depth and tactile grip. A black lip pearl firing button introduces a dark iridescent accent, while satin hardware keeps the rest of the detailing restrained.

A blue titanium wide deep-carry clip provides a final contrasting element against the bronze handle. At 8.25 inches overall, the Pallas remains a full-size automatic with the strong ergonomics and authoritative push-button action expected from the Pro-Tech and Spartan Blades collaboration, here elevated with premium custom materials and finishing.

Model

2026 Pallas Custom 004

Model Name

Pallas

Collaboration

Pro-Tech Knives x Spartan Blades

Action Type

Automatic Folder

Blade Length

3.46"

Blade Material

Chad Nichols Boomerang Damascus

Blade Style

Drop Point

Blade Edge

Plain

Overall Length

8.25"

Handle Length

4.63"

Handle Material

A1Bronze

Handle Texture

Weave

Opening Method

Push Button

Button Material

Black Lip Pearl

Hardware Finish

Satin

Pocket Clip

Blue Titanium Wide Deep Carry

Country of Origin

USA

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0567/1691/8955/files/IMG_4560_bcc9c8dd-be02-43ad-94e3-bcd319a86a20.jpg?v=1792618905
https://www.knifejoy.com/products/pro-tech-x-spartan-blades-2026-pallas-custom-004-auto-pallas-chad-nichols-boomerang-damascus-blade-with-weave-textured-albronze-handles-black-lip-pearl-button-satin-hardware-blue-anodized-titanium-clip
