This configuration pairs a 3.46-inch Chad Nichols Boomerang Damascus blade with a distressed blue-and-bronze titanium handle featuring Pro-Tech's deeply machined Lattice texture.

The broad drop-point blade retains the strong point, generous belly, and versatile cutting geometry of the Pallas while replacing conventional blade steel with Chad Nichols Damascus. The Boomerang pattern creates flowing, layered lines across the blade, giving each surface a distinctive pattern that contrasts sharply with the textured titanium handle.

The titanium handle uses a distressed blue-and-bronze finish that allows warmer metallic tones to show through the darker blue surface, emphasizing the peaks and edges of the Lattice machining. The result adds both tactile grip and substantial visual depth without changing the clean ergonomics of the underlying Pallas design.

A black lip pearl firing button provides a dark iridescent accent, while a blue titanium wide deep-carry clip completes the coordinated finish package. At 8.25 inches overall, Custom 005 retains the substantial feel and crisp automatic action of the Pro-Tech and Spartan Blades Pallas while adding a distinctly custom materials treatment.

Model

2026 Pallas Custom 005

Model Name

Pallas

Collaboration

Pro-Tech Knives x Spartan Blades

Action Type

Automatic Folder

Blade Length

3.46"

Blade Material

Chad Nichols Boomerang Damascus

Blade Style

Drop Point

Blade Edge

Plain

Overall Length

8.25"

Handle Length

4.63"

Handle Material

Titanium

Handle Finish

Distressed Blue / Bronze

Handle Texture

Lattice

Opening Method

Push Button

Button Material

Black Lip Pearl

Pocket Clip

Blue Titanium Wide Deep Carry

Country of Origin

USA

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0567/1691/8955/files/IMG_4565_8887e8d6-b08b-40fd-a320-13256f230b5c.jpg?v=1792619331
https://www.knifejoy.com/products/pro-tech-x-spartan-blades-2026-pallas-custom-005-auto-pallas-chad-nichols-boomerang-damascus-blade-with-lattice-textured-distressed-blue-bronze-handles-black-lip-pearl-button-and-blue-anodized-titanium-clip
