Auxiliary Manufacturing

Auxiliary Manufacturing is the custom knife shop of Michael Jarvis. After spending 15 years in the restaurant industry—working his way from dishwasher to executive chef and eventually general manager—Jarvis began making pocket tools as a hobby before transitioning to knives. In 2016, he and his wife established Auxiliary Manufacturing, turning his passion into a full-time career. Today, Jarvis is a self-taught bladesmith dedicated to refining his craftsmanship with every knife he creates.
