Returns

KnifeJoy accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returns must be approved by KnifeJoy before you ship back the item. To start the Return Process, complete the form below. KnifeJoy will review your return request within 3 business days. Once approved you will be emailed a return shipping label.

Upon receipt of the return, KnifeJoy will evaluate to ensure the item is in new condition and unused, including the original packaging and materials. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

If the return is accepted, KnifeJoy will refund the amount of the purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label. If the item is found to be defective, return shipping costs may be waived. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the original order.

KnifeJoy reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee in the event the returned item is not in new condition, (including the product packaging and materials), or from customers with a history of frequent returns. In the event your return is determined to be ineligible for a refund, you will be notified by email with a return tracking number for your convenience.

Final Sale Items

Final Sales Items are sold as-is, with condition described as accurately as possible. This items are not eligible for return or refund. Contact Customer service if the item ordered is not what was received. All items sold as open box or used are Final Sale items.
