The Kershaw 1441 Misdirect XL takes the clean, minimalist design of the original Misdirect and scales it up for users who prefer a larger everyday carry knife. Its 3.37-inch reverse-tanto blade is made from 4Cr14 stainless steel with a stonewashed finish, combining a strong tip with a long, practical cutting edge suited to general utility work.

Kershaw's assisted-opening system works with the flipper tab for quick one-handed deployment, while the stainless-steel frame lock secures the blade during use. An overtravel stop helps protect the lock bar from being pushed too far during disengagement.

The gray-painted stainless-steel handle keeps the design simple and durable, with enough additional length to provide a fuller grip than the standard Misdirect.
