For clean, effortless cuts, the 4050-02 Meatcrafter® is your go-to knife for precision processing in the field and portioning, deboning, and trimming your favorite cuts in the kitchen. Thanks to our proprietary SelectEdge® technology, the upswept 6” trailing point blade delivers exceptional push-cut performance, while its engineered blade flex allows for greater control while deboning or filleting. The 4050-02 Meatcrafter® variant features a CPM-154 blade with a stonewash finish, a maple valley Richlite handle, and a black G10 bolster accented with a gold ring. Over time, Richlite®, a paper composite material, will develop a natural patina over time, altering the original color of the material. "Patina” is a natural occurrence in the product that can either darken or lighten depending on exposure to light.
