The Benchmade 9070BK-02 Claymore is a full-size automatic folder with a plain edge drop point blade and textured black Grivory handle. This configuration pairs 154CM stainless steel with an updated push-button mechanism that incorporates the safety into the deployment button.

The flat-ground blade has a Cobalt Black Cerakote finish. Its drop point profile provides a curved belly for slicing and a lowered tip for controlled cutting, making it a practical shape for general utility work.

The contoured Grivory handle provides substantial grip texture while keeping weight manageable. The integrated safety slider and deployment button operate together through a deliberate back-and-down motion. A reversible deep-carry clip supports right- or left-side tip-up carry.
