Zero Tolerance 0203 DuraLock Black PVD Drop Point M4 Blade with Olive G10 Handles

The Zero Tolerance 0203 is a large, purpose-built manual folder that brings ZT's traditionally overbuilt construction to an ambidextrous DuraLock platform. Its 4-inch CPM M4 drop-point blade combines excellent edge retention and toughness with a substantial 0.16-inch blade thickness, while a black PVD coating helps protect the relatively low-corrosion-resistant tool steel.

The 0203 uses ZT's DuraLock, a hardened-steel crossbar mechanism that can be operated from either side of the handle. Dual-sided thumb-stud deployment rides on washers rather than bearings, keeping the action straightforward and well suited to the knife's hard-use design. A solid through-handle pivot bolt can be adjusted with a standard 5/16-inch combination wrench.

Deeply machined olive G10 scales sit over thick steel liners, giving the 0203 a secure, substantial grip and reinforcing the handle throughout its full length. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip supports right- or left-handed tip-up carry, completing a large-format folder designed around strength, control, and uncomplicated operation.
